Fethiye

I asked my dad about holidays around Olu Deniz, as he’s been a few times before, and he stated that his preferred option is to stay in Fethiye as it’s more central for activities - not least hiring a boat.

I’ve had a look around, and with all things around the Dalaman/Antalya area it looks pretty beautiful. :)

It doesn’t look like there’s a beach directly in Fethiye, though, but there is a Calis Beach across the bay which appears suitably popular.

Will probably want somewhere direct by the beach, though, so Fethiye isn’t probably on my list of places to stay, but definitely somewhere to be aware of, not least because of the Lycian Tombs which are located behind the town.
